Card Meridian is a private sports-card and TCG collection workspace. It brings together photo-assisted identification, card records, sold comparisons, suggested retail estimates, storage and QR labels, set checklists, lot preparation, cost tracking, grading pre-screens, and eligible eBay tools.

The collection supports Baseball, Basketball, Football, and TCG categories. Identification and market coverage vary by card, set, variation, and available data. Manual entry lets you keep a record when catalog or sales coverage is limited.

Clear front and back photos help identify the year, set, card number, player or subject, parallel, serial numbering, and other details. Complete, high-confidence identities can confirm automatically. Uncertain cards stay available for review, and you can correct the identity. Saved corrections remain in place while pricing checks continue.

Keep the browser open while photos are transferring. A local checkpoint can resume an interrupted batch in the same browser. Once photos are uploaded, identification jobs can continue in the background, with progress and uncertain cards available in the dashboard.

Card Meridian checks available sold data against the card identity, including year, set, card number, player, parallel, autograph, serial run, grader, and grade. Raw and graded evidence stay distinct. You can review the sale dates and available sample. Available history is limited and is not a complete all-time sales archive.

When suitable nearby sold comparisons exist, Card Meridian can show a suggested retail estimate with a range, confidence, and differences from those cards. The estimate stays separate from exact sold evidence and is not treated as a verified sale. A value can remain unavailable if the evidence is insufficient.

Save a drawer or box, divider or team, and section or position for a card. Add an individual SKU or apply a bulk SKU prefix, then print QR labels. Scanning a label opens the private card record after sign-in. Picklists use paid, unshipped orders from the last saved eBay sync.

You enter the checklist card numbers or ranges for a year, set, and parallel, including target quantities. Completion and missing quantities then update from confirmed inventory. You can export the missing cards and review exact duplicate groups. Duplicate review does not delete or merge your cards.

Reserve up to 100 available, unlisted inventory records, including all copies in each record. Download a photo collage and listing text draft for review and manual use, then record a manual lot sale with proceeds, fees, and postage, or release the cards. Reserved cards are held from individual selling and inventory changes. Direct eBay lot publishing is not included.

Allocate a purchase-lot total equally per physical card or by verified market value. Track purchase, grading, shipping, supplies, and other expenses, then calculate break-even and target-margin asking prices with editable fee assumptions. Missing costs or fees leave profit unknown. Saved costs and internal asking prices do not change live eBay prices.

Yes. Keep wanted cards separate from owned inventory with buy and sell targets and notes. Owned-card targets are checked as existing collection pricing refreshes. Wanted cards can be checked on request against exact sold evidence; they do not increase your owned collection total.

Show mode displays large front and back photos, asking prices or saved values, and locations. Purchase costs stay hidden unless you reveal them. You can download an offline HTML snapshot with up to 50 cards, uploaded photos, and watchlist details. Notes and sold checkboxes in that snapshot stay local and do not update online inventory.

Download numbered backup files containing your collection records, uploaded front, back, and grading photos, locations, costs, personal checklists, and watchlists. Restore keeps original owned records and corrections, adds missing records, and skips photos already present. Marketplace-hosted photos, live eBay listings, and lot reservations are not restored. Market pricing refreshes separately.

Meridian Grade is a photo-based condition pre-screen covering visible centering, corners, edges, and surface. It helps compare condition observations, available raw and graded evidence, and grading costs. Physical inspection, authentication, and a professional grade require a grader; no grade or financial outcome is guaranteed.

Listing Guard compares connected eBay listings with refreshed market evidence and warns when a listing may be underpriced. Eligible Meridian Pro users can opt into capped automatic increases for qualifying fixed-price listings with sufficient fresh evidence. The automation never lowers prices or edits auctions. Suggested retail estimates are not used as verified sold evidence for Auto-Protect.

Both paid plans include storage and QR labels, personal set checklists, duplicate groups, lot preparation, costs, watchlists, show mode, CSV export, and collection backups. Collector is $9.99/month with up to 500 card records, 50 monthly photo identifications, and 10 monthly Meridian Grade reviews. Meridian Pro is $19.99/month with up to 2,500 records, 250 identifications, 50 Grade reviews, and eligible Auto-Protect.

Personal collection records are available through authenticated account areas and are excluded from public search indexing. QR labels link to the private record. Offline snapshots and backup files are yours to store or share, so keep those files where you want them.
