Start with the entry method that fits your collection.

Upload front and back photos, process a batch, import a CSV or XLSX spreadsheet, search the catalog, or enter details manually. Keep the year, set, full card number, player, parallel, serial run, grade, and images together.

Complete, high-confidence photo identities can confirm automatically. Uncertain cards remain available for review. Your saved corrections stay in place while pricing checks continue.

04 / LOTS AND COSTS

Keep the group, the expenses, and the sale connected.

Reserve available unlisted cards as a lot, download a photo collage and listing text draft for manual use, then record the sale or release the cards. Reservations keep those cards together while you prepare.

Allocate purchase-lot costs, track card expenses, and calculate break-even or target-margin asking prices. Unknown costs and fees leave profit unknown.

Download numbered collection backup files with records and uploaded photos. Restore adds missing records while preserving existing owned records and corrections. Live marketplace listings and lot reservations are outside the restore.
